You can fill out our contact form or give us a call. We will then set up a time to meet with you and discuss your project.

Design & Planning Phase

Once you have decided to move forward we will setup a design contract to begin the design process. This will take typically 8-12 weeks depending on the scope of the project.



Budgeting

The plans are done and ready for pricing. We will price out your project based on the plans and finishes of your design style and finish. All of our construction proposals are very detailed down to each light and faucet fixture so you know exactly what you are getting. We manage every project on an open-book basis, where every bid, invoice, and receipt are available for review at any time.

Contract

When the final plans and budget are approved we will set up our construction agreement. The agreement will have the budget with listed allowances, construction timeline, scope of work, and specifications.



Construction Phase

We will submit all the necessary plans for permitting and begin construction. During the construction phase we will set meetings with clients as frequently as they wish to review the progress and any questions that you have.

FINISH

Once all inspections are passed, and the project is complete, we will walk you thru to assure that you are satisfied with all work. Now you can sit back with the peace of mind knowing all of our work is warranted.
